It sounds like stuff of legend, Laxá í Aðaldal, Iceland* affectionately known as The Big Laxa. Charles Jardine and his son returned from a recent trip with this photo of a 7lbs brown, the largest caught in the river so far this year. Charles kindly states that if his Simms Guide Boots had not been so grippy, he would not have been able to land it.
