Texas-Sized Smallie

Ryan Darr, a senior at Baylor University, caught this smallmouth bass in the Brazos River below lake Whitney near Waco, TX last Thursday. The bass measured in at 22 inches long and put up quite a fight ("It took around 7 minutes to land him and he jumped four times"). Ryan relied on his Simms River Sandals and his trusty Simms cap.
