RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Simms only refunds orders purchased from Simms within 30 days of original purchase. Simms does not accept custom waders, dirty, damaged or worn products, or undergarments that have been removed from their original packaging. If received in any of these conditions, item(s) will be returned. Please include all original tags and packaging.
Return Instructions Using Form in Box:
- Please include the quantity you would like to return in the “Quantity to Return” box in the line item on the form.
- Please indicate the reason number you are returning the product. Use the reason code on the right-hand side of the form.
- Place the form in the box with the returned product.
- Affix pre-paid shipping label on the outside of the box. The label was included in the box with the original order. Return shipping is on us!

Online Return Instructions:
For the fastest return processing, return your Simms gear using our online return process.
- Sign in on simmsfishing.com, under My Account. The “MY ACCOUNT” link is located on the top-right of every page. Once logged in, select "ORDER HISTORY" from the left-hand side.
- Select "VIEW ORDER" on the far right column of the order you wish to return.
- On the Order page, click "START A RETURN" located in the upper right. Complete the Return Items Information as instructed.
- Click “SUBMIT RMA” in lower right. You will receive an email notification after successful completion of the return form.
If you wish to exchange a product, please use these instructions. Simms only exchanges products purchased from Simms within 30 days of original purchase.
To create an exchange order, please call 855-GO-SIMMS.
- Exchanges can be made only for the same product, for a size and/or color change.
- You will receive a Simms Exchange Form via email with your Return Authorization number
- Please print out the Simms Exchange Form and place it in the box with your item to be exchanged.
- Clearly write the Return Authorization number on the outside of the box. Product returned without the Simms Exchange Form inside the box and/or Return Authorization number will delay or void your order.
