To return your Simms gear, please use these instructions. Simms only refunds products purchased from Simms within 30 days of original purchase. If you wish to exchange a product, you must first return the original purchase and then initiate a new order. The gear must be returned clean, not worn and undamaged to receive a refund. Also, returning all product packaging materials will speed up returns processing. Thank you for shopping with Simms!
Return Instructions Using Form In Box:
- Please include the quantity you would like to return in the “Quantity To Return” box in the line item above.
- Please indicate the reason number you are returning the product. Please use reason to the right.
- Place this form in the box with your gear to return.
- Affix pre-paid shipping label that was placed in the box with the original order. Return shipping is on us!
- Return the package to Simms:

Online Return Instructions:
For the fastest return processing, return your Simms gear using our online return process. Simply go to My Account (located on the top-right of every page) and select "Order History" on the left navigation. Once you have located the Order you wish to return, select "View Order" on the far right column. On the Order page, select "Start A Return" button located at the top of the page. Complete the Return form, including reason for return. You will receive an email notification after successful completion of the return form.
Once your package is received at Simms, you will be notified by email. You will also be notified by email when the refund has been processed. If there are any questions about the return or refund, we will contact you via email. Please know that returns are accepted only on orders invoiced less than 30 days from Return request.
