Overall Whether on the lake or wet wading a stream, I'm in my comfy Simms Surf Shorts. Here in Arizona its nice to be able to jump in and cool off from the summer heat. They are fast drying and match well with my Solar Flex shirts. Once you start wearing them, you wont want to wear anything else.(Posted on 7/17/12)

Overall I guide for smallmouth in central Indiana and once the middle of May comes around my waders get put away and I wet wade. These are my go to wading shorts. They dry quickly, they are durable, and they are comfortable. If you are looking for shorts to wade in these are it.(Posted on 7/17/12)

Overall Being an inshore fishing guide and surfer living in Cocoa Beach, I am more comfortable in surf trunks/"baggies". As soon as I saw that Simms made these shorts, I had to have them. I am not a big fan of wearing a belt while fishing/guiding, the draw string makes these shorts very comfortable and light weight. These shorts also dry very quickly so I don't mind hopping in the water if I need a good photograph of my clients holding fish. Thank you Simms for coming out with the Surf short, now you can wear comfortable surf trunks that has the functionality of cargo shorts! -Capt. Willy(Posted on 7/17/12)
