Sportswear Product Care
Machine wash cold with like colors. Use non-chlorine bleach. Tumble dry low. Low iron.
Products using the COR3™ Technology fabric finish have a UPF rating of 30 or greater, properties to minimize odor and outstanding wicking performance for important moisture management. The anti-odor finish helps control odors caused by a wide range of microorganisms (mold, mildew, algae, yeast) is compatible with virtually all fabrics. All of our performance cotton clothing utilizing COR3™ also feature COR3™ EZ. The "EZ" means easy care and indicates that garments featuring this treatment will travel well and resist wrinkles.
At Simms, sun protection is a critical component of our sportswear offering. Through a combination of fabric construction, design and finish, we offer a wide range of clothing that features a minimum UPF of 30 (very good) up to UPF of 50 (excellent). UPF stands for Ultraviolet Protection Factor and indicates how much of the sun's UV radiation is absorbed. A fabric with a rating of 30 will allow only 1/30th of the sun's UV rays to pass through. This means the fabric will reduce your skin's UV radiation exposure significantly. All of our UPF finishes last the life of the garment, an industry standard of 30 washings.
- The finest warm weather fishing shirt on the market! Review by Phil T
OverallAfter wearing and testing all last summer, I have to give the Simms Ultralight LS shirt 5 stars. It is the lightest most comfortable and breathable shirt I've ever had. I spend just about every day from late spring to fall on a lake usually during the calmest part of the day.
Since I don't do misery, I need comfortable and sun protection. There is no better warm weather fishing shirt that compares or I would be wearing it. I now have 6 of these until something better comes along.

- Great except for the shirt sleeves are too tight Review by Dick Hardwick
OverallI'm a big fan of Simms products starting with my first fly fishing shirts and trousers 10 to 15 years ago! Not knowing a thing about fly fishing, bones fishing back then, I did a little research to find the lightest, most durable yet fashionable clothing to wear in hot and cold demanding temperatures! I'm still wearing my Simms clothing 15 years later and still get compliments! I just ordered my new light green ultra light shirt and love it all except the arms are a little tight from shoulder to elbow! I'm not a muscle man by any means but a buff guy or gal might have trouble rolling up their sleeves to fasten in hot weather! I would recommend this shirt to any and all that love quality and fashion in a very fashionable functional way! You might want to lay off the biceps reps at the gym!
