- Smoky Mountians Tailored Review by Bobby Lee
OverallRecently bought this pack and love it. Sufficient room for a Tacky fly box and two others, plus all basic tippet, floatant, tools, etc. Good for fishing these small creeks because it keeps you from carrying too much. Really helps movement when fishing mountain streams which present to you many boulders and obstacles to move around. Keeps everything at quick reach. Great buy. I am excited about the backpack attachment system. Must have for a Smoky Mtn angler.

- Fine Little Day Pack Review by Douglas
OverallA fine little pack for deeper wading & stealth when down on your knees for spooky trout while creeping-up to cast. It holds all of my essentials, including my phone, head-lamp, and small camera. Perfect pack for a day's fishing when hiking & needing to minimize your flies to only what it necessary (with enough space for dries & nymphs), and easy access. Fit well in my suitcase while on the road. I didn't like the side attachment options, and found that my fly line had a tendency to get caught-up on them, especially in the wind & at night. . . it would have been nice to have them incased in material like on their vests, which I love! It is nice to see that the newer version has a type of "D-loop" as part of the zipper? - from what I can see. My older version does not have a "D-loop" & I had to make one my-self to hang my net. It is nice to see a velcro section on this version too, which the older version does not have which will fit a SIMMS fly patch. Nice to see the improvements in this version!
