Straight from the source, Todd Sabine of Angling Destinations in Sheridan, WY, comments about his catch: "This 36", double stripe, Bulkley River buck grabbed a black Skagit minnow literally out from under my rod tip. I suspect in the low, early morning light this fish thought he was safe, holding just inside the seam in 18" of soft, chilly water at the extreme top end of a run. On my third "micro" swing of the day, the fish took with only 15 feet of a sink tip past the rod tip. Lucky for me, it was the only grab I had the entire day."
