Team Photo Rachel Andras is more than an expert in every aspect of flyfishing; she is a dedicated, meticulous fishing travel professional who loves people as much as she loves fish. She has done everything from guiding to selling international travel and is widely regarded as one of the, most well informed, cheerful, and highly skilled female anglers in the nation. For over a decade, Rachel's love of fly fishing has taken her to fish all over the world. The Bahamas, Venezuela, British Columbia, Mexico, Tahiti, Cuba, Russia, Chile, Argentina, Christmas Island and Alaska have given her the experiences and tools to understand what we desire as anglers.

As a Federation of Flyfishers Certified Casting Instructor, Rachel taught for the Mel Krieger Schools and was the director of FISHCAMP, a family and children's Fly fishing summer camp, for 7 years. She has also been a guest instructor at the International Womens Flyfishing Festival in San Diego and North California FFF Conclave in 2004,05,06. As the founding member of the Shasta Mayflies (Redding's Womens Fly fishing Club), Rachel is involved in the community teaching fly tying and casting clinics in California and Oregon. She has guided the Upper Sacramento River and McCloud rivers in Northern California as well as hosts trips all over the world. She is a member and committee member of the International Women Fly Fishers and member of the Fly Fishers Club of Oregon. Rachel has been published in Northwest Flyfishing and The Womens No-Nonsense Guide to Favorite Waters. Most recently, Rachel was an angler in the "Chasing Silver" episode Location X by Howard Films.

These days, Rachel can be found working at Fly Water Travel (www.flywatertravel.com ) as a travel sales consultant and continuing her travels to various waters around the world.
