Products using the COR3™ Technology fabric finish have a UPF rating of 30 or greater, properties to minimize odor and outstanding wicking performance for important moisture management. The anti-odor finish helps control odors caused by a wide range of microorganisms (mold, mildew, algae, yeast) is compatible with virtually all fabrics. All of our performance cotton clothing utilizing COR3™ also feature COR3™ EZ. The "EZ" means easy care and indicates that garments featuring this treatment will travel well and resist wrinkles.
At Simms, sun protection is a critical component of our sportswear offering. Through a combination of fabric construction, design and finish, we offer a wide range of clothing that features a minimum UPF of 30 (very good) up to UPF of 50 (excellent). UPF stands for Ultraviolet Protection Factor and indicates how much of the sun's UV radiation is absorbed. A fabric with a rating of 30 will allow only 1/30th of the sun's UV rays to pass through. This means the fabric will reduce your skin's UV radiation exposure significantly. All of our UPF finishes last the life of the garment, an industry standard of 30 washings.
Cool Control™ is a cool touch fabric technology that utilizes recycled Jade stones that are converted into a fine powder and implanted into the yarn. This green technology offers a sustainable solution for cool wearing garments and also provides the wearer with anti-odor, wicking and quick-dry performance. Clothing featuring Cool Control is idal fo warm fishing environments. Combined with Simms' COR3™ fabric technology, shirts are ideal for providing comfor and sun protection for all-day wear on the water.
- GREAT SHIRT Review by PETER
OverallVery comfortable, lightweight, great on the stream or out for dinner. I wore mine on the Mo on some very hot days, kept me cool and comfortable. Pockets on front fit my fly boxes and a few tools. Great shirt, I hammered it all summer and it still looks new.

- Love it Review by peter
Overallthe best long sleeve shirt I've owned...ever. Extra thin material keeps my skin cool and the sun at bay on even the hottest days. Also a great shirt for stepping out with the wife. Just wish there were more colors available I'd buy em all.

OverallGreat shirt! Keeps me cool just like it is supposed to. Dries quickly (low humidity). Thinking about buying another one.

- Awesome Shirt, Great Customer Service Review by Mark
OverallThis shirt is great. It is cool, drys quickly and is much better looking than many of my old solid color fishing shirts.
My only complaint is that the rubber label printed on the inside of the shirt sticks to your neck occasionally.
One of the shirts I ordered was missing the button hole on the sleeve cuff and Simms was very quick to replace the shirt even letting me keep the defective one.

- Cool, Quick dry and featherweight Review by RustyRat
OverallJust got back from a backpack trip in the Bob Marshall. This shirt was great to beat the heat and keep the flies at bay. A couple of dunks in the Flathead and tossed on a tree to dry and it was ready to go again. Wadded it up in my carry-on and it still looked great when I needed it on the plane. It really is super light weight. Ordering more.

- Great Shirt Review by Tex
OverallI have 3 of these shirts and use them up and down the TX. coast chasing redfish. In high humidity and heat, the shirts keep me dry wick quickly and keep me protected from the intense sun. Would love to see an added vent in the shirt, yet I have a gazillion fishing shirts and rate this as one of the most comfortable.

- Great Product Review by TK1
OverallI bought this shirt on a guided trip that the temps hit 97. It worked great and felt great all day. It dried faster than I thought it would when my sleeves would get wet.

- Very Disappointed Review by CNorth
OverallFirst delivery was late and when customer service was contacted they failed to call back with any information
the product it self is a disappointment, it does not preform as stated in the product details, slow wicking and slower drying capabilities.
Do not purchase
