    These pouches are perfect for protecting your mounted reels in the field, especially while they're being transported aboard boats/atop vehicles or stored in outdoor rod racks, fully exposed to the elements... they're made of tough, non-absorbent material which won't soak up water, and are ventilated to allow for the line to dry even while covered. (The mesh is also coated to prevent scratching your expensive gear as well.) No matter what the weather conditions are like -- pouring rain, snowing, or warm and sunny -- these pouches do an awesome job of keeping my reels in great shape!
