To view the status of any order or to view open, past or pending Orders, please visit the My Account section of this website. You can see the My Account link at the top right of any page. You can see your order status by selecting "Order History" or "Invoice History" on the left navigation and search for the order in question. You will see a column titled "Order Status".
We work hard to get your order out from Simms and to you as soon as possible. Most orders ship within one business day of the order being placed and take 3-7 business days to arrive by standard ground shipping, depending on where the recipient is located. You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email when your shipment leaves Simms as well as tracking information so you can monitor the shipment progress.
To assure express shipping and same-day departure from Simms, orders must be placed by 12pm MST. Any orders placed after that time, or on holidays or weekends, are not assured to leave Simms on that day
