To view the status of any order or to view open, past or pending Orders, please visit the My Account section of this website. You can see the My Account link at the top right of any page. You can see your order status by selecting "Order History" or "Invoice History" on the left navigation and search for the order in question. You will see a column titled "Order Status".
Orders placed with Ground Shipping (Monday through Friday) typically ship out within 2-3 business days. Orders will be processed and shipped from our Bozeman, Montana location.
Orders placed with an expedited shipping method (FedEx 3-Day, FedEx 2-Day, FedEx Overnight) before 12:00pm Mountain Standard Time (Monday - Friday) will be processed and shipped on the same business day. Expedited orders must be shipped to a physical address (no PO Boxes) for delivery timelines to be guaranteed. Expedited orders submitted on Saturday, Sunday or recognized national holidays will ship on the next business day.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Ground: Ground shipping is selected for the continental U.S. and offered through FedEx Ground and U.S. Postal Service (USPS) Standard. FedEx ground will only be delivered to physical Addresses. U.S. Postal service is only available to P.O. Boxes.
Expedited Shipping: The following options are offered for expedited shipping; FedEx 3-Day, FedEx 2-Day, FedEx 1-Day, USPS Priority 2-3 Day and USPS Express 1 Day. FedEx ground will only be delivered to physical Addresses. U.S. Postal service is only available to P.O. Boxes.
