Free Shipping On Returns & Exchanges*

Simms is pleased to offer Free shipping for returns and exchanges on *general consumer orders. Simms will refund orders purchased directly from Simms within 30 days of the original purchase date. Simms does not accept returns for custom waders, dirty, damaged or worn products, or undergarments that have been removed from their original packaging. If received in any of these conditions, item(s) will be returned. Please include all original tags and packaging.


  • Please include the quantity you would like to return in the “Quantity to Return” box in the line item on form.
  • Please indicate the reason code number that best describes why you are returning the product. Select a reason code from the right-hand side of the form.
  • Place form in the box with the returned product.
  • Affix pre-paid shipping label on the outside of the box. The label was included in the box with your original order. Return shipping is on us.

For fastest processing, return your Simms gear using our online process:

  • Sign in by clicking on the My Account icon located on the top-right of every page or by clicking here. Once logged in, select "ORDER HISTORY" from the left-hand side.
  • Select "VIEW ORDER" on the far right of the order you wish to return.
  • On the Order Summary page, click "START A RETURN" located in the upper right. Complete the Return Items Information as instructed.
  • Click “SUBMIT RMA” in lower right.
  • You will receive an email notification after successful completion of the return form.


General consumers can exchange a product using the following instructions. Please note, Simms only exchanges products purchased directly from Simms within 30 days of original purchase.

To create an exchange order, please call 888-585-3570

  • Exchanges can be made only for the same product - a size and/or color exchange.
  • You will receive a Return Authorization (RA#) number during your call. Please retain this number.
  • Clearly write the RA# on the outside of the box. Product returned without the RA# clearly written on the box will delay or void order.
  • Affix pre-paid shipping label. The label was included in the box with your original order. Exchange shipping is on us!
