ERP Administrator II

The Simms organization is growing and we’re looking to fill the ERP Administrator II position. This is a full-time, in-house position based in Bozeman, Montana.

In this role, you will be an experienced contributor on the IT team and will be responsible for the functionality, support, and optimization of the Simms MS Dynamics Navision ERP applications environments.

The role will work closely with both technical and business staff to maintain a high performing optimized technology environment that drives process improvement.

OPERATIONS INFORMATION & PLANNING SPECIALIST

The Simms Purchasing team is growing and we’re looking to fill the role of Operations Information & Planning Specialist. This is a full-time, in-house position based in Bozeman, Montana.

The mission of the Operations Information & Planning Specialist is to control the creation and maintenance of key operational information for the overall Simms business. This includes SKU creation and updating as well as collection maintenance and planning related parameters (vendor, lead time, MOQ, size curve). The individual in this role is also responsible for all business nomenclature and data definitions and ensuring that they are utilized consistently across the business. The completeness and accuracy of this information is critical for the overall operations of Simms. This individual will also be responsible for facilitating key inventory and supply chain planning reviews, including fabric, raw materials and finished goods planning.

The individual in this role is adept in Microsoft Navision and Microsoft Excel, manages a close relationship with the product development team, understands the nuances of our supply chain and has the technology acumen and curiosity necessary to identify and drive process improvements.

Director, Customer Service

The Simms organization is growing and we’re looking to fill the Director of Customer Service position. This is a full-time, in-house position based in Bozeman, Montana.

In this role, the Director of Customer Service will set the strategy and goals for the way Simms interacts with our customers. The Director will develop specific systems to implement the vision and oversee the way personnel are informed and trained to execute. This role is the single most important position that influences the temperament of our business partners, while truly impacting the health and overall happiness of our sales channels and each customer within the respective channels.

When guiding the team effectively with the appropriate information and clear initiatives, this leader can and will positively impact the sales success of Simms in a profound manner. Integration Engineer I

  • An understanding of Master Data Management and its value and importance to the business, along with an understanding of the role that integration plays in MDM
  • Experience or familiarity with contemporary iPaaS platform leaders such as BizTalk, Boomi, Mulesoft, CastIron, Snaplogic, LogicApps, or Informatica is preferred

Product Line Manager, Footwear & Equipment

The Simms organization is growing and we’re looking to fill the Product Line Manager, Footwear & Equipment position. This is a full-time, in-house position based in Bozeman, Montana.

The Product Line Manager, Footwear & Equipment is a key leadership, merchant and line management role on the Footwear & Equipment Team and champions the successful day-day operation of the footwear & equipment product lines to meet corporate cadence and milestone dates and goals. The Product Line Manager, Footwear & Equipment is focused on market research, business analytics, line management, go-to-market, product marketing, SMU management, and utilizing data-driven and consumer-driven business tools to inform decision-making. To be effective in this role, the Product Line Manager will partner with Executive Team, Sr. Management, Product Team, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Operations on all long-range and seasonal line planning initiatives and reflect those in the internal line planning tools and data management systems. Further, the Product Line Manager, Footwear & Equipment will work closely with the Footwear & Equipment Design and Development Teams to support the successful execution of the product development calendar, materials management goals, and milestone review meetings.

The Product Line Manager brings a passion for the product creation process, a positive team player attitude, and enthusiasm for the consumer to add undeniable value to the fast-growing footwear line for Simms.   • Leads the long-range planning and day-to-day line management activities of the footwear & equipment product lines to meet established goals and objectives

  • Execution of all line management activities to ensure internal systems are up-to-date with key decisions and hit established calendar dates

  • Create and maintain the footwear & equipment line plans: product initiatives, product forecasts, sku analysis, volume analysis and sample management; produce market share analysis, catalog management and price list documentation
  • Partner with Sr. Directors to support alignment of seasonal key stories in footwear & equipment with key stories in Apparel

Product Developer, Footwear

The Simms organization is growing and we’re looking to fill the Product Developer, Footwear position. This is a full-time, in-house position based in Bozeman, Montana.

The Product Developer, Footwear will lead and manage the successful translation of 2D design into 3D samples that meet or exceed design intent, costing targets, and adhere to established standards for lab/field testing, quality, and durability.

As a champion of the prototyping and commercialization phases, the Product Developer, Footwear must facilitate positive collaboration within the category team(s), across the rest of the organization, and with external partners to successfully execute and meet established workflow requirements, budget constraints, sampling standards and milestone dates.

Further, the Product Developer, Footwear will manage the identification, development and preparation of advanced constructions, advanced materializations, and advanced engineering concepts to meet consumer-driven insights, support the market positioning of the brand & category, and facilitate successful adoption into seasonal line planning.

Outcomes of this role include: 

  • Seasonal proto and commercialization phases hit or exceed established milestone dates while adhering to budget constraints, workflow requirements, design intent, lab & field testing standards and costing targets
  • Cultivation of positive teamwork and inspiration within the category team(s), across the organization, and with external partners through an open, professional and collaborative work style
  • Detailed creation, management and socialization of standardized Development documentation that successfully drives the proto and commercialization phases forward: product specs, quality specs, BOMs, etc.
