Treasury Manager

The Simms organization is growing and we’re looking to fill the position of Treasury Manager. This is a full-time, in-house position based in Bozeman, Montana.

In this role, you will manage the Credit and Accounts Payable team and will be improving operational efficiency and optimizing cash flow.

Outcomes of this role include:

  • Engaged and Productive team
  • Develop cash management strategies to promote operational efficiency and optimize cash flow
  • Cash position is forecasted accurately
  • Finance Processes are reviewed and updated to lead to more scalable business
  • Compliant with all banking and financial covenant metrics

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance

Service Desk Technician

The Simms organization is growing and we’re looking to fill the Service Desk Technician position. This may be a full-time position or two part-time roles, in-house position based in Bozeman, Montana.

In this role, you will be responsible for proper computer hardware, software and auxiliary device operations so that end users can accomplish organizational tasks.

This role is the initial point of contact for all technology end users. The individual must understand and utilize best practice principles to provide support and excellent customer service in a timely manner. This position utilizes a ticketing system to organize and prioritize work requests. The individual recognizes potential problems or patterns of events and reacts responsibly.

Outcomes of this role include:

  • Procure, configure, install, update, and maintain user workstations, laptops, and virtual desktops with zero-tolerance for data loss and downtime less than 1 day
  • Provide user support across a broad range of devices including workstations and laptops, desktop and mobile phones, and specialized hardware used in manufacturing and distributing operations
  • Configure, install, update, maintain computers and auxiliary devices, both hardware and software. This may include unconventional devices or software packages that are unique to manufacturing and distribution
  • Provide training to end users in both hardware and application functionality
  • Assist the System Administrators with infrastructure issues and trouble shoot connectivity from offsite locations, both hospital and clinics
  • Management of smaller projects
  • Other duties as assigned

Manufacturing Engineer

The Simms organization is growing and we’re looking to fill the Manufacturing Engineer position. This is a full-time, in-house position based in Bozeman, Montana. In this role, The Manufacturing Engineer will drive continuous improvement across Bozeman operations to enhance the operations/production capabilities and performance while reducing costs. By utilizing engineering and lean techniques, the Manufacturing Engineer will implement new systems, processes, methods and equipment to improve operational performance.

The Manufacturing Engineer participates in solving production operation problems by developing plans for resolution, communicating through the process and developing systems to prevent a reoccurrence. Engaging with factory personnel, the Manufacturing Engineer develops standard work methods, work instructions, training aids and ergonomic change to improve the production employee’s overall experience.

Outcomes of this role include:

  • The Manufacturing Engineer drives improvements in the following critical areas:
    • Labor and material utilization
    • Quality and reliability
    • Workflow and process optimization
    • Ergonomics
  • Develops and maintains project plans to ensure delivery of milestones to agreed cost targets and timescales
  • Identifies and justifies capital equipment investment (ROI) that include increased automation, and new technologies
  • Performs root cause analysis and conducts risk assessments (FMEA) as needed. Designs, validates, implements and maintains production systems to resolve problems and improve processes
  • Develops standard methods, work instructions, and training aids
  • Improves manufacturing data tracking to collect, compile, summarize, report and present insightful and comprehensive feedback. Responsible for keeping standard minutes on all operations.

Successful candidates should possess:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Passion for continuous improvement with strong desire to eliminate waste and non-value add processes
  • Proven track record of success in a manufacturing operation
  • BS Engineering Degree required (IE or ME preferred)
  • Detail orientated
  • Strong communication skills and human relations skills to work effectively with a variety of people
  • Problem-solving and decision making skills
  • Project management skills and the ability to adhere to timelines

Accounts Receivable Specialist

The Simms organization is growing and we’re looking to fill the Accounts Receivable Specialist position. This is a full-time, in-house position based in Bozeman, Montana.

The role will be responsible for maintaining a healthy AR portfolio and working with our wholesale partners to maximize cash collections while cultivating customer relationships. The role will be involved in processing credit applications, setting up new accounts and maintaining accurate customer records.
