  • GORE-TEX® Performance Shell outerwear is waterproof, lightweight, durable and breathable. It’s designed to provide excellent, long-lasting performance in a wide range of conditions.

  • The AquaGuard® VISLON® zipper is a revolutionary new design from the global leader in containment closures. The zipper's new tooth design provides enhanced fluid repellency vs. coil or standard individual element closures.

GORE-TEX® Outerwear Care

Cleaning your GORE-TEX® garments regularly will extend the life of the product. It will also keep them breathable as dirt and oil can clog the GORE-TEX® membrane over time.

It is critical to wash jackets. Natural oils can damage the GORE-TEX® tape and adhesives causing a peeling effect.

Machine wash warm. Do not use fabric softener or bleach.

Remember to zip all pockets and close all Velcro cuffs before washing to prevent any damage caused by the machine.

Tumble dry on warm setting making sure not to use a high heat setting. Drying on warm will actually reactivate the DWR coating.

  1. Great

    100%

Like it so much I now have 2. Cuffs are awesome as there's nothing for line to get hung up on. Chest pocket will hold a streamer box.
  2. Love it

    100%

Very comfortable, plenty of room to move, and quiet. Built in zingers and deep yet slim chest pockets work well for fly boxes, tackle, and tools. The stand up collar/hood is very effective, as are the wrist seals inside the sleeves. Nice jacket and very well-made ... feels like it will last. Highly recommended.
  3. Good! Not great?

    60%

Great jacket! Poor sizing! XXL good fit over all but it is to long in the sleeves. XL fits better over all but the neck is to small. No room for neck tube or base layer turtle neck? Needs a few more pockets inside?
  4. Replacement jacket

    100%

Just purchased as a replacement for my 15 year old guide jacket. Love the new version. Looking forward to another 15 years of hard use.
  5. Great Jacket

    100%

Picked up the Guide Jacet before heading to the Kenai river in Alaska this October... Rained the whole time i was there but I stayed dry and warm thanks to this jacket. Decent price with outstanding quality.. Two thumbs up!!.
