SIMMS G3 PRO RETAILER SHOPPING SPREE — OFFICIAL RULES

 

1. How to Enter.  There are two (2) methods of entry. Both methods have an equal chance of winning. Limit: one (1) entry per person and per email/mailing address, regardless of method, per calendar week during the Promotion Period.

• (a) Purchase Method. Buy an Eligible Product (Section 4) from a Participating Retailer during the Promotion Period. Take a clear photo of the itemized sales receipt showing the Eligible Product and the purchase date, and email it to G3pro@simmsfishing.com. Include your full name, mailing address, email address, and phone number.
• (b) Free Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE) — No Purchase Necessary. Hand-print your full name, mailing address, email address, phone number, date of birth, and the words “Simms G3 Pro Retailer Shopping Spree Entry” on a plain 3” x 5” card and mail it in a stamped envelope to:Simms G3 Pro Shopping Spree, ATTN:  Peter Markano, 177 Garden Drive, Bozeman, MT 59718. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by January 9, 2027, and received by January 16, 2027. One entry per outer envelope. Free entries receive the same number of entries and the same chance of winning as purchase entries.

All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, incomplete, misdirected, or undelivered entries. Automated, robotic, or bulk entries are void. Any attempt to obtain more than the stated number of entries by fraud or other means may void all of that entrant’s entries.

 

2. Sponsor. The Sponsor of this promotion (the “Promotion”) is [Simms Fishing Products LLC], [street address, city, state, ZIP] (“Sponsor”). Participating retailers are independent Simms authorized retailers (“Participating Retailers”).

 

3. Eligibility. The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, Participating Retailers, and each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) and household members of each are not eligible. The Promotion is void in Puerto Rico, all other U.S. territories and possessions, and wherever else prohibited or restricted by law.

 

4. Promotion Period. The Promotion begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Mountain Time (“MT”) on October 9, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. MT on January 9, 2027 (the “Promotion Period”). Purchase-based entries must be based on a qualifying purchase made during the Promotion Period; all entries (purchase and free) must be submitted or postmarked during the Promotion Period and received as specified below. Sponsor’s computer and mail-receipt records are the official timekeeping devices for the Promotion.

 

5. Eligible Products.  A qualifying purchase means the purchase of any one of the following new Simms products from a Participating Retailer during the Promotion Period: G3 Pro Stockingfoot, G3Z Pro Stockingfoot, G3 Pro Bootfoot, G3 Pro Wading Pant, or Women’s (W’s) G3 Pro Stockingfoot. (Prior purchases and purchases outside the Promotion Period do not qualify.)

 

6. Winner Selection and Odds.  One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received across both methods on or about January 15, 2027. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or its designated representative, whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to the Promotion. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.  

 

7. Winner Notification.  The potential winner will be notified by email and/or phone using the contact information provided, within [five (5)] business days of the drawing. To be confirmed as the winner, the potential winner must respond and, if requested, complete, sign, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and (where lawful) a Publicity Release within [seven (7)] days of notification. If a potential winner cannot be reached, fails to respond within the required time, is found ineligible, or fails to return required documents, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries, time permitting. The winner will be announced on or about mid-January 2027.

 

8. Prize.  One (1) prize: a $1,000 shopping spree in the form of a $1,000 gift card redeemable at the Participating Retailer identified by the winner (approximate retail value (“ARV”): $1,000). Total ARV of all prizes: $1,000. The prize is awarded “as is,” is non-transferable, and no cash or other substitution is permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. If the winner’s identified Participating Retailer is unable to honor the gift card, Sponsor will provide a $1,000 gift card redeemable at another Participating Retailer or an equivalent-value alternative at Sponsor’s discretion. Only the stated number of prizes will be awarded.

 

9. Taxes.  All federal, state, and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Where the prize value requires tax reporting, the winner must provide a completed IRS Form W-9 (or equivalent) before the prize is awarded, and Sponsor will issue any tax form required by law.

 

10. Release.  By entering, each entrant releases and holds harmless Sponsor, Participating Retailers, and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and agents from any and all liability, loss, or damage arising out of participation in the Promotion or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

 

11. Publicity.  Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner’s consent to Sponsor’s use of the winner’s name, city and state of residence, and statements for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation.

 

12. Privacy.  Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at https://www.simmsfishing.com/pages/simms-2026-giveaway, and will be used to administer the Promotion and as described in that policy. By entering, entrants consent to that use.

 

13. General Conditions.  Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs its integrity, and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules. This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

 

14. Governing Law and Disputes.  Except where prohibited, all issues concerning these Official Rules and the Promotion are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, and any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Montana.

 

15. Winners List.  For the name of the winner, send a stamped, self-addressed envelope to Winners List, Simms G3 Pro Retailer Shopping Spree, 177 Garden Drive Bozeman, MT 59718 by 12/31/2026.
