"The Strata 330 is a dependable fishing layer for cool, windy days on the water. The warm fleece interior keeps me comfortable during early-morning runs, while the wind- and water-resistant exterior handles spray, light rain, and changing weather. The four-way stretch gives me plenty of mobility for casting, working a bait, and setting the hook.
