Yes, we do accept returns for products ordered through your Pro account. Returned items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging. No exchanges. Pro returns are not eligible for free return shipping.
Your Simms Pro account is for your personal and professional use only – purchases for friends or family are strictly prohibited. Purchases made for others will result in your removal from the program.

- Your Simms Pro pricing is only valid at simmsfishing.com.
- Simms Pro Program pricing is confidential. Do not share your pricing with anyone.
- Resale of items purchased through your Pro account is unacceptable. If you encounter someone selling gear purchased through the Pro Program, please notify Simms Customer Service immediately.
- Sorry, no backorders. Orders will ship based on current availability.
- Please support your local Simms retailer by referring business to the retailer whenever possible.
- Returns must be processed directly through Simms. Do not attempt to return products at retailers, they will not be accepted.
- Please represent the Simms brand with the utmost professionalism by adhering to all regulations set forth by your state's governing body regulating fishing, guiding, and outfitting.
- Be respectful of all Simms employees in your customer service interactions.
- Subscription to Simms Pro emails is a requirement of membership.
