Member Groups & Requirements

The Simms Pro Program is intended for full-time, year-round individuals employed in the outdoor industry. Approval for the program remains at our discretion.

Guide/Captain/Outfitter

For full-time professional fishing guides or captains whose majority of income is earned through work as a fishing guide.

Documentation is required for verification, e.g. license, liability insurance, website, offer of employment letter, etc.

Simms Retail Employee

Full-time employees working for a Simms authorized retailer. Seasonal employees are granted access on a case-by-case basis.

A current paystub is required for employment verification.

Outdoor Conservation Organization Employee

Full-time employees working for an outdoor conservation organization.

A company issued email address is required.

Outdoor Industry Employee

Full-time employees working within the outdoor industry.

A current paystub is required for employment verification. A company issued email address is required.

Government Agency

Full-time employees working for a state or federal outdoor government agency.

A government issued email address is required. Tax certification required for tax exemption

How To Apply

Please be prepared to provide a paystub or other documentation. When your application is received, please allow 5 business days for the application to be reviewed.

1) Register For a simmsfishing.com Website Account

Register for a website account . You must have a login before continuing the application steps below. Please complete this step before proceeding.

2) Complete the Pro Program Application

Please fill out the Simms pro program application and our Pro Program customer service team will review.

For applicants with a work issued email, please apply using that email address to help expedite the approval process.

3) Allow 5 business days for application review.

You will receive notice via email of your application's status and to confirm your email address.

What are the Pro Program benefits?

  • Fast order processing. Ground orders process in 2 business days while expedited orders placed before 12pm MST (Mon – Fri) are processed same day

Do you accept pro returns?

Yes, we do accept returns for products ordered through your Pro account. Returned items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging. No exchanges. Pro returns are not eligible for free return shipping.

Can I use my pro account for friends and family?

Your Simms Pro account is for your personal and professional use only – purchases for friends or family are strictly prohibited. Purchases made for others will result in your removal from the program.

When does my account expire?

Pro accounts expire after 12 months. Please sign in to reverify your account

Where do pro orders ship to?
  • We currently ship to the United States and Canada.
  • Pro pricing does not include free shipping unless otherwise noted.

Terms & Conditions

We take our Pro Program seriously and ask you follow our simple standard of conduct. Failure to comply with the following guidelines could result in immediate termination of your Pro account.

Rules Of The Road

  • Your Simms Pro pricing is only valid at simmsfishing.com.
  • Simms Pro Program pricing is confidential. Do not share your pricing with anyone.
  • Resale of items purchased through your Pro account is unacceptable. If you encounter someone selling gear purchased through the Pro Program, please notify Simms Customer Service immediately.
  • Sorry, no backorders. Orders will ship based on current availability.
  • Please support your local Simms retailer by referring business to the retailer whenever possible.
  • Returns must be processed directly through Simms. Do not attempt to return products at retailers, they will not be accepted.
  • Please represent the Simms brand with the utmost professionalism by adhering to all regulations set forth by your state's governing body regulating fishing, guiding, and outfitting.
  • Be respectful of all Simms employees in your customer service interactions.
  • Subscription to Simms Pro emails is a requirement of membership.
