ORDER PROCESSING

Orders placed with Ground Shipping (Monday through Friday) typically ship out within 2 business days. 

Orders placed with an expedited shipping method (UPS 3-Day Select, UPS 2-Day Air, UPS Next Day Air) before 12:00pm Mountain Standard Time (Monday - Friday) will be processed and shipped on the same business day. Expedited orders must be shipped to a physical address (no PO Boxes) for delivery timelines to be guaranteed. Expedited orders submitted on Saturday, Sunday or recognized national holidays will ship on the next business day. Expedited shipping times may vary during high-volume seasons.  

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to become active. 

Once an order has been submitted, it cannot be modified. Please call a Simms Customer Service Representative to cancel your current order and initiate a new order. 1-888-585-3570

PAYMENT PROCESSING

At the time an order is placed, your credit card will be authorized for the total purchase amount.

This is a pending transaction – your credit card will not be charged until the order has shipped. The authorization/pending transaction will be removed from your billing statement once your order has been shipped and your card has been charged for the order total.

U.S. SHIPPING OPTIONS

Ground:
Ground shipping for the continental U.S. is offered through UPS Ground and delivered to a physical address only. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico ship USPS. U.S. Postal service is only available to P.O. Boxes and APO Addresses. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico are not eligible for free ground shipping promotions or free return shipping.

Expedited Shipping:
The following options are offered for expedited shipping;

  • UPS 2-Day Air
  • UPS Next Day Air
  • USPS Priority 2-3 Day
  • USPS Express 1-2 Day

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Simms Fishing Products only sells to customers in the United States. However, we do have distributors and retailers across the globe. Please visit Fly Fish Europe's Retailer Locator or email the point of contact listed below.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

Simms is happy to honor price adjustments on full-priced merchandise within fourteen days of the order date if the exact size and color are currently in-stock. Items purchased during Black Friday, Cyber Monday or Cyber Week are not eligible for price adjustments. If you see an item on sale jump on it! Discounted items are on their way out of the line so quantities in your size are limited.

ORDER STATUS

To view the status of any order or to view open, past or pending Orders, please visit the My Account section of the website. The My Account link is at the top right of any page. Find your order status by selecting "Order History" or "Invoice History" on the left navigation and search for the order in question. You will see a column titled "Order Status".

The SIMMS mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Simms Fishing Products. Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message and data rates may apply.

Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Your consent to receive autodialed marketing text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services. If you have opted in, the Service provides updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.) and promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders) from Simms Fishing Products via text messages through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided. Message frequency varies.

Text the single keyword command STOP to +1 (844) 280-0071. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. If you have subscribed to other Simms Fishing Products mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms. We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.

The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number.  

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
