ORDER PROCESSING

 

Orders placed Monday-Friday with Ground Shipping typically process and ship within 2 business days.

Expedited orders placed before 12:00 pm MST, Monday-Friday will be processed and shipped on the same business day.

Expedited orders submitted on Saturday, Sunday or a recognized national holiday will ship on the next business day.

Expedited shipping times may vary during high-volume seasons.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to become active.

Once an order has been submitted, it cannot be modified. Please call Simms Customer Service with any questions regarding your order.


PAYMENT PROCESSING


At the time an order is placed, your payment method will be authorized for the total purchase amount.

This is a pending transaction – your payment method will not be charged until the order has shipped. The authorization/pending transaction will be removed from your billing statement once your order has been shipped and your payment method has been invoiced for the order total.


U.S. SHIPPING METHODS


Ground Shipping:
Orders over $100 are eligible for free ground shipping (excludes Pro purchases). Ground shipping for the lower 48 is offered through UPS Ground and delivered to a physical address only.

U.S. Postal service is only available to P.O. Boxes, APO Addresses and orders to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.
Orders outside of the lower 48 are not eligible for free return shipping.


Expedited Shipping:
The following options are offered for expedited shipping:
• UPS 3-Day Select
• UPS 2-Day Air
• UPS Next Day Air
• USPS Priority 2-3 Day
• USPS Express 1-2 Day

SHIPPING CUTOFF:

Ground orders placed before 12pm MST, generally ship within 1-2 business day. Expedited orders placed before 12pm MST, generally ship the same business day. Orders place over the weekend or on a holiday are generally processed the next business day. Saturday, Sunday and holidays are not recognized as business days.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

 

Simms is happy to honor price adjustments within fourteen days of the purchase date on full priced items only. Sales items and promotions are not eligible for price adjustments.

Orders placed during Black Friday, Cyber Monday or Cyber Week are not eligible for price adjustments.

If you see an item on sale jump on it! Discounted items are on their way out. Quantities and sizes are limited.

*Boxers, Briefs, Stickers, and items marked as Final Clearance are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
